Delivery

As our products are custom made and made to order please allow 2-3 working days for these to be made and then despatched. Where possible, and when items are readily available, your order may be fulfilled sooner than advised.

All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.

Delivery time for UK and EU orders usually takes around 4-6 working days.

Delivery time for international orders usually takes around 7-9 working days.

Delays and Denial of Service

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please provide us your full address with telephone number and make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

Seasonal demand (Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc), bad weather and irresistible incident may cause a slight delay in the despatch of your order. 

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery companies and which are beyond our control.

Please allow extra time for despatch and delivery.
