All products at 3DF are custom made and/or personalised to order. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is produced specifically for you.

Discretionary returns: For customers in the European Union, where applicable law provides additional rights, we will consider return requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. In cases where we agree to accept a return, the following conditions apply:

• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to request a return or cancellation: EU customers who wish to submit a return or cancellation request may do so by logging in to your account at https://account.3dfprinting.com , or by contacting us directly.

Order cancellations: As production begins immediately upon order, cancellations may not be possible once printing has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Problems with your order: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
